Oh beautiful ginger Crisis Manager, I sure hope this isn’t
the last we see of you and Neens! This week is all about babies, weddings
and that ending made my jaw drop (no spoilers I promise). I’m keen to see how a
half medieval wedding looks and more importantly: what will Nina wear to it?! If
only they had asked Elvis to be the bridesmaid so that he could keep that sweet
smile.
But let’s not get too far into that, it’s time to tuck into
the 3 looks we have been granted by the Offspring gods and see how to DIY:
1. Heartfelt
It was so sad to see Nina’s moment of feeling left behind
when little Zoe went to daycare for the first time but her Mum-chic look was
totally on point (so why even be sad anyway). The culottes are back and I think
they are really working this time, paired with a white shirt with red floral
details and a belt at the waist to give her a great shape. The simple dark jacket contrasts off the white shirt and the blue scarf ties in with the culottes to make
this an easy look that stands out for the right reasons.
We’ve put this look together with our Khaki Layer Jacket, Pearl Feenix Shirt, Blue Inca Print Scarf, Silver Multistrand Necklace, Brown Plait Wrap Belt and Blue Ripple Culottes.
2. Celebration Casual
We didn’t get to see much of this second look
but that green scarf definitely stuck in my memory! The token Nina trench coat
and gold drop earrings are a major feature here but we also get a glimpse of
something new with the combination of a khaki blouse and thicker chain gold
necklace. While the tones of this look are more urban and grungy, the cut and
quality of each of these pieces makes for more a sophisticated aesthetic.
We’ve put this look together with our Olive Queenie Top, GoldDome Drop Earrings, Gold Double Ball Necklace, Green Print Silk Scarf and Mid Rise Blue Denim Jeans.
3.Goodbye Gold
While I don’t want to believe that we won’t get to see more of
Nina’s newest crush, I can’t imagine a cuter look for saying goodbye. Here
we see Nina wearing her brightest piece yet for the season, a layered floral
and green top that refers back to the style choices of previous seasons. This
draped top works best with slim jeans and here we see Nina in a pair of
old-faithfuls with her trusty knee high brown boots. Finished with a pair of
detailed gold drop earrings and a longer gold necklace, this look is a
beautiful mix of past and new season styling (this is probably my
favourite throughout the season so far).
We’ve put this look together with our Pearl Theodora Blouse, Cream Botanic Drape Blouse,
Ink Abby Jeans, Crystal Loop Necklace and Amber Circle Drop Earrings.
